Full time position, The Opportunity: Harp Management WFSB, LLC is offering an exciting Regional Sales position in the unique adventure hospitality resort/lodging sector. We are looking for a seasoned talent with a dynamic personality & strong client centric characteristics. Our candidate must have a proven track record of success and be very confident regarding short and long term solicitation. Our Candidate will be joining a sales & marketing team that, for 40 years, has developed two of the most highly desirable, respected and legendary Alaska sport fishing destinations in the US market and voted "best of the best" worldwide. The Sales Manager (SM) will work at the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM), to prospect for new business for Waterfall Resort and Steamboat Bay Fishing Club (two premier full service fishing resorts in Southeast Alaska). The SM will also be responsible for scheduling groups, and developing ongoing relationships with guests and group leaders. The SM will perform follow-up on new leads at the direction of the DSM. The SM will be based at home, and will spend a limited amount of time in Ketchikan Alaska, and on site at the resorts to further develop relationships with the groups they have booked, and all resort guests. The SM will work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop, and work, high value follow-up lists from our client database. The SM will also help organize and attend trade shows and sales missions at the direction of the DSM. The SM will serve as a liaison between new business and the General Manager, and the DSM. This position reports directly to the DSM.
